Gratitude is a physically and spiritually transformative practice available to everyone who chooses it, and it is a choice. We’d like to share the transformative experience of living in gratitude with you by inviting you to participate in My Daily Gratitude Journal.
How? Every day, if possible, join the high vibration of others as we share our appreciation of people, nature, situations, life lessons, and anything else that moves us to feel grateful. We can change our own lives through this practice, and we can positively influence others as we shine our love-light into the world, inspiring them to also choose gratitude. We are all one, and our thoughts and actions influence the whole; let’s make it positive!
Why journal daily? Many of us have spent a lifetime focusing on daily dilemmas rather than noticing and appreciating the many gifts. Shifting our perception takes practice, and daily journaling is the perfect way to create new thought habits. If you challenge yourself to notice at least five things daily for which to be grateful you will tend to focus on the good things in life; trust us, when you focus on the good things, life keeps getting better!
Transform what?
Your life, for one. Awaken your dreams through gratitude. When you are grateful for what you want as if you already have it, the Universe will deliver. Feel the joy of experiencing your dreams and gratefully receiving their gifts, and watch them unfold!
Heal Relationships through gratitude. Try writing five things everyday for which you are grateful about a person who challenges you, and watch the relationship transform. When you focus on what you appreciate about someone, the negatives take on far less importance or even disappear. Focusing on goodness also creates a space for transformation through forgiveness.
Spiritual growth occurs when we experience the often difficult lessons in life through gratitude. When we accept life’s challenges with grace, in acceptance and appreciation of the lessons gifted through them, we are able to journey through them with much more ease, and even joy and peace. We grow spiritually through our choice to stay in grace.
Your relationship with YOU improves when you practice grace with yourself. Lovingly appreciate who you are in the world. Laugh at yourself; learn from your mistakes, forgive yourself. When you appreciate and celebrate yourself, not only do you feel fabulous, but everyone around you benefits.
Your health and well-being benefit from practicing gratitude. Numerous studies have proven the overall health benefits of a regular gratitude practice, including better sleep, increased happiness and stamina.
